At Fellman Watch Co., we are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and promptly.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $150; $9.99 for orders under $150
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $24.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $49.99 — order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST
4. Luxury Watch Shipping
All timepieces valued over $500 are shipped with full insurance coverage, signature required upon delivery, and discreet unmarked outer packaging.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Contact us at support@fellmanwatchco.com within 48 hours and we will file a claim on your behalf.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
